• Heat Water in A Kettle or in A Pot Until Hot
• Add the Detoxifying Tea Bag (Step 1) & The Activator Tea Bag (Step 2) into a Tea Cup.
• Pour The Water from The Kettle or Pot into The Cup
• Let The Tea Bags Steep in The Hot Water for 10 Minutes before Drinking
• After 10 Minutes Has Passed, Drink The Detox Tea
• After Drinking, Pour The Hot Water into The Cup with The Tea Bags in It and Steep for 10 Minutes , Once Again (Round 2)
• Drink The Tea Again (Round 2)
• After that, You Just Completed Your Detox & You Are About to BLOW!

The tea usually activates 2-7 hours later. Stay Close to a Restroom

USAGE TIPS:

- If 2 Tea Bags are too strong for you then turn your 14 Day Detox into a 28 day Detox by using Step 1 & Step 2 on two different days however, the same directions still apply. Also, the Detox must be done daily in order to maximize results, as previously mentioned.
